  • How to Make a Booking

If you wish to make a provisional booking, please either contact us via telephone or email. Depending on the

availability, we are happy to hold the dates for a maximum of 1 day.

In order to proceed with a booking, we would need to send out a booking form, along with some terms and

conditions which can be done by either email or normal post. We would ask for you to read and fill out the

appropriate areas and send the forms back to the office along with a cheque for either the total amount (if the holiday has been booked within 5 weeks), or a deposit cheque for a third of the total amount (the remaining balance is due 5 weeks before the start of the holiday). (Should you wish to pay by credit/debit card, then we would only require the booking form to be returned). Where possible, we do try and send our a deposit/booking received form, however, this is not guaranteed.

Once the full funds have cleared, we will send out a confirmation letter which contains further details about your booking - including address, directions, key access information, and contact numbers in case of any problems during your stay.

  • Payment Facilities

We are now able to take credit and debit card payments over the telephone, however there will be a 2% surcharge on credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). We also accept cheques or bank transfers. Please note that we do not accept American Express.

  • Number of Guests

Each of the cottage descriptions will give you a maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the cottage (babies or young children under 12 months are not included in the occupancy total, but we must be notified in the booking form). Under no circumstances can this number be exceeded. If you are found to exceed the maximum occupancy of a property, we reserve the right to terminate your booking and ask you to vacate the property. No refund of the remaining rental will be made.

  • Smoking

Due to the public smoking ban imposed by the Goverment, all of our cottages are now non-smoking.
