The accommodation comprises of large, spacious rooms over three floors, and the majority overlook either the beach, the golf course or National Trust land. The house features light, airy rooms with high ceilings and original features which are complemented with antique furniture.
On the ground floor:
A large lounge with feature bay window and open fireplace (for decorative use only) that has been furnished with 3 sofas, windowseats, TV, DVD and music system. A spacious dual aspect dining room with feature fireplace (decorative use only) and seating for 10. A comprehensive fitted kitchen with granite worktop that includes a range cooker, washer/dryer machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer. There is also a large table and matching dresser. A cloakroom with W.C.
On the first floor :
The master bedroom suite with large bay window and en-suite shower room with W.C. and basin. The room has been furnished with traditional furniture including a super king sleigh bed. Two large double bedrooms - both have a feature fireplace (decorative use only) and four poster beds. The family bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a range of modern sanitaryware (no shower). Plus a bathroom with basin (no shower) and another shower room with basin and W.C.
On the second floor: Two twin bedded rooms with a range of complimentary furniture and a shower room with a basin and W.C.
To the outside there is a front and back garden, and furniture is provided for alfresco dining. In addition there is a large garage and off street parking for 2-3 cars. Direct access can also be gained to the coastal footpath from the back garden.
Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional £25 each, per week.

Bude is Cornwall's special unspoilt place "where coast meets countryside". The area has some of the best surfing beaches in the UK and was the site of the first life-saving club. Add a spectacular heritage coastline, designated area of outstanding beauty, unique sea-lock and canal with easy disabled access, a friendly town with mostly locally owned shops, special events and festivals throughout the year, and you have all the ingredients for a great holiday location.
Nearby attractions include Clovelly, Lundy Island, Delabole, Tintagel, Boscastle, and Bodmin Moor.
