This very special house is situated at the far end on the seaward side of ‘Out of the Blue’, so has direct views of both the ocean and the bay near the National Trust headland of Baggy Point.

A slipway at the side of the car parking area reaches the beach.

The picturesque village of Croyde is set just behind the sand dunes with thatched cottages, surf shops, restaurants and local shops.

Entertainment: Freeview TV, DVD, Radio/CD System. Wi-Fi is available.
Outside: Private garden with garden furniture on the balcony and decked areas. Parking for 2 cars.
Please note that we are unable to supply a Barbecue.
Suitability: Children Welcome but please note that we are unable to supply a cot, high chair or stair gate.
Whilst we accept well behaved dogs for an additional cost of £50 per pet, per week or per short break stay, please contact us to check if you wish to take more than one dog.

Full Description

The living area and two of the three bedrooms have wonderful sea views.

The open plan kitchen/living room is a superb vaulted room at first floor level overlooking the sea and the beach, with French doors opening out onto a decked balcony with panoramic views.

The balcony is furnished for al fresco dining. The living area is tastefully furnished with a nautical theme white New England style modern furniture and oak strip flooring, giving a contemporary feel.

The dining area has a glass and white trestle table with six white dining chairs with paintings and lifebuoy as a backdrop. The seating area has two sofas with two additional stacked single beds.

For entertainment there is a TV with DVD together with a Radio/CD player.

There is a beautifully fitted oak and white kitchen with a peninsular unit, oak work surfaces, oven, microwave, hob and extractor, integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer and white ceramic sink with drainer.

The sleeping accommodation is on the ground floor.

The master bedroom overlooks the beach and has French windows onto a small patio area and the garden. It is furnished with a King size bed, wardrobe and chests of drawers in drift wood style and has an ensuite-wet room with a heated towel rail.

The second bedroom has french windows that look over the main terrace and the bay. It is furnished with a double bed, a painted pine chest of drawers and wardrobe and oak floors.

The third bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe in rattan style. French doors lead onto a small patio area.

Additional sleeping facilities in the lounge are available and there is a cupboard downstairs in the hall for storage of clothes.

The attractive family bathroom s has a bath, with shower overhead, a wash hand basin, WC, fitted mirror and heated towel rail.

Croyde

Croyde is ideally situated on the North Devon coast and is world famous for its surfing and water sports.

The lovely sandy beach at Croyde Bay is ideal for all generations. There many activities in the locality including riding, walking, golf and cycling.

The picturesque village features thatched cottages and offers many amienites including pubs and restaurants. Thomas Carr 1873 is a Michelin starred restaurant in Ilfracombe

and Noel Corston has a michelin starred restaurant in Woolacombe.

There are other nearby beaches including Woolacombe, Putsborough,Saunton Sands and Braunton Burrows, a world heritage site is a five minute drive away
.
The larger towns of Ilfracombe, made famous by Damien Hurst, and Barnstaple offer a variety of things to do including shopping, Ilfracombe Aquarium, Chambercombe Manor and the Tarka Trail

and Exmoor is only a short drive away..
