The first floor contains three large bedrooms, the master bedroom has a super king size bed and the other two bedrooms have king size beds.All the bedrooms have stone mullion windows and two also have fireplaces.

The two king size bedrooms benefit from views of the River with one of the two bedrooms also having an en-suite shower room. The other bedroom has use of a separate en-suite shower room off the landing.The master bedroom has a closet dressing room and large bathroom with a separate shower as well as a bath.

Outside there is a large courtyard garden surrounded by Cotswold stone walls for private alfresco dining and a small formal flower garden with seating overlooking the river. There is a garage and off street parking for another two cars.

Situated in the Heart of the Cotswolds, Bourton-on-the-Water is an ideal location for exploring the area.

With the M4, M5 and M40 in close proximity, it is easily accessible from all parts of the country.

The village was recently voted one of the prettiest in England on the strength of the beautiful old world Cotswold houses and the village green, traversed by six picturesque bridges which spans he River Windrush.

The architecture in Bourton-on-the-Water is unique to the area, and one can see an abundance of stone mullion windows, stone tiles roves, gables and honey coloured limestone walls.
