Full Description

Tides Reach is a large, detached house situated on the Woolacombe Esplanade directly overlooking Combesgate Beach with amazing sea views of the beach and the headland with the private sun and dining terraces taking in the spectacular views.

The house sleeps up to 16 people with 8 bedrooms, 7 bath/shower rooms and enough parking for 4 cars.
The property has recently been completely renovated with central heating throughout and has been decorated with a coastal theme.

The first-floor landing has doors which access the small, enclosed back garden with a gate onto the National Trust land beyond (which is ideal for dog walkers!).

From the front of the property, there are large terraces of grey-green slate, glass and chrome balustrades, driftwood oak retaining walls and tropical and seaside plants for relaxing and dining.

We do accept well behaved dogs at an extra charge of £50 per pet per week, please check if you wish to take more than two dogs.

On the ground floor:

There is a large lounge and open plan kitchen/diner. Both overlook the sea.
Large hall with stairs to the first floor.

Bedroom 7 - Twin bedroom with a Bathroom adjacent.
Bedroom 8 - King size bedroom with en-suite (beyond the utility room) with views over the coastline and French doors onto the terrace.

On the 1st floor:
Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom (King size bed) with en-suite overlooking the beach.
Bedroom 2 & 3 - Two further King size bedrooms with some views of the sea.
Bedroom 4 - Twin bedroom with en-suite overlooking the beach.
Bedroom 5 - King size bedroom with en-suite overlooking the beach.
