Full Description

Tides Reach is a large, detached house situated on the Woolacombe Esplanade directly overlooking Combesgate Beach with amazing sea views of the beach and the headland with the private sun and dining terraces taking in the spectacular views.

The house sleeps up to 16 people with 8 bedrooms, 7 bath/shower rooms and enough parking for 4 cars.

The property has recently been completely renovated with central heating throughout and has been decorated with a coastal theme.

On the ground floor, there is a large lounge or sitting room that benefits with fabulous sea views. There are three large, comfortable sofas if you wish to sit and watch the TV and French doors onto the veranda.

The Kitchen/dining area has a large bay window overlooking the beach and sea and it incorporates a large dining table to be able to accommodate 16 people. There are two ovens, two dishwashers and another TV. From the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Off the entrance hall there is a twin bedroom with a TV and a bathroom, which has a bath and overhead shower, basin and toilet.

Also, on the ground floor there is a king size double bedroom with French windows onto the terrace where you have a super view of the sea. This room has a TV and an en-suite shower room with basin and toilet.

On the first floor there are six bedrooms: The Master king size bedroom with sea views through a large bay window, a TV and en-suite shower room with basin and toilet.

Along the landing there another three king size bedrooms, again with sea views, a TV and an en-suite shower room with basin and toilet. Plus, two twin bedrooms one of which has sea views, a TV and en-suite wet room and the second twin bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom and further shower room. The bathroom and the shower room both have basins and a toilet.

The first-floor landing has doors which access the small, enclosed back garden with a gate onto the National Trust land beyond (which is ideal for dog walkers!).

From the front of the property, there are large terraces of grey-green slate, glass and chrome balustrades, driftwood oak retaining walls and tropical and seaside plants for relaxing and dining.

We do accept well behaved dogs at an extra charge of £50 per pet per week, please check if you wish to take more than two dogs.

Annex: Bedroom 2 - King size bedroom with ensuite (off the kitchen) with views over the coastline and French doors onto the terrace
There is a large lounge and open plan kitchen diner. Both overlook the sea.

Bedroom 3 - Master Bedroom (King size bed) with ensuite overlooking the beach.
Bedroom 4 - King size bedroom with ensuite overlooking the beach.
Bedroom 5 - Twin bedroom with ensuite overlooking the beach.
Bedroom 6 & 7 - Two further King size bedrooms with views of the sea
